On a TV, in a tree, the birds endlessly flock in a continuous loop to be watched. Birdwatching was created in March of 2024 in a celebration of Spring for the 3rd iteration of Yard Work (a one day outdoor pop up exhibition in different yards around Denver). By using a TV for the birds to be watched on a screen it is meant to call attention to how much we are consumed by our screens even when we are outdoors immersed in nature.
